Return & Refunds

To require an exchange or refund,you need to comply with the following criteria:

Exchanges and returns must be postmarked within 30 days of your original order date.

Your item(s) must be new, unused and in their original packaging, along with all accessories included.

Item(s) must be accompanied with the packing slip generated from the return process noted above.

We suggest using a traceable shipping method that has delivery confirmation.

If a refund is denied based on the above criteria, we will reject your package and return your package to you.

Restocking Fee:

There is a 15% restocking fee if 5 or more than one item is returned.

Defective Items:

If you received an item that is damaged, we can fix it shortly.Please contact Customer Care within 14 days of the original order date, and we'll make sure you receive the replacement product(s) quickly.

Sizing Issues:

If you want to return an item that has a wrong size label, please check this costume and do not rely on the label on the outside packaging.It is common for a manufacturer to use the same labeling or packaging for all costume sizes. Besides, it is possible that the size of the costume is correct and the packaging labeling is not.

For standard sizes products:

We will be responsible for repair and exchange if your products has a quality problem.Please note that man-made damage is not included in this column.Your products would have quality inspection reports and archives before they're sent to the shipping company.Your can't require an exchange or refund if it's a man-made damage.

If you have a problem with the size of the products.there are 2 cases:

For products that has been delivered:Please return these items in fresh state to us and we can exchange another size for you free and you only need to page a new shipping fee.

For products that hasn't been delivered:You can change the size of your order free in 24 hours after your order is placed.Extra 10% of the value of the goods will be charged if it exceeds 24 hours since there would be some fabric wasted.

For customized products:

For products that has been delivered:We will actively communicate with you before our tailor start producing custom-sized products to ensure all custom product sizes are manufactured to the size of the customer required. If the customer gives the incorrect size, we are not responsible,of course we offer a service to modifies the size (additional charge).

For products that hasn't been delivered:You can change the size of your order free in 24 hours after your order is placed.Extra 10% of the value of the goods will be charged if it exceeds 24 hours since there would be some fabric wasted.

Shoe Returns:

Your shoes must be unmarked (without scuffs), unworn and in fresh state. Please try your shoes on indoors in a flat area to avoid them be not eligible for a return.

Processing Times:

The process of a return normally take 2 weeks of  receiving the item.During Halloween season which is the busiest of the year,the process time will be prolonged a bit.

Incorrect Addresses and Return-to-Sender Packages:

Packages that are shipped to an incorrect address provided by our customer during the order process may require additional shipping days. Orders labeled 'returned to sender' by the courier are subject to a 15% charge to reship. 'Return to Sender' orders include, but are not limited to, orders for which the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect address; instances in which the customer is not available for delivery; orders for which the customer fails to provide a P.O. Box or physical address; and instances where the order is refused by the customer.

How to return:

You can use any shipping method you would like and we need a tracking number to be provided.Please package the items in the original shipping box or any suitable shipping carton carefully.Make sure you have your name and order number included so that we know who is the owner!Returns and Exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of purchase.For the above policies we reserve the right of final explanation.

About Cancellation:

Please notice that as long as your order hasn’t been shipped. your total shipping cost can be refunded.But once they are shipped,we can't accept your order cancellation.

  1. For Order cancellation within 24 hours and the order status shows "in processing", we will refund 80% of the total value of your order. (20%of the cost refers to the advertising and promotion expenses, order processing labor costs, raw material preparation costs and other cost.)
  2. For Order cancellation after 24 hours ,and the order states shows "in processing", within the processing time,we will refund 50% of the total price. (After 24 hours, the factory has already begun to make your costume, and related products materials have been purchased, and the workers related to the production has done preparatory work, or that we have purchased the product which can not be returned to the suppliers)
  3. For Order cancellation after 24 hours ,and the order states shows "in processing", exceed the processing time,we will refund 80% of the total price.
  4. If the order status shows "shipped", we can't accept any order cancellation.

About Exchange

For those unshipped orders and require to change the size/standard/specification, or exchange.

If the products you need to exchange is in stock,we will exchange it for free when it has  same or lower value;if it has a higher value,you need to undertake the extra cost including  freight difference due to different weight.

  • 1:We could change the size or related specification or exchange to other goods for you within 12 hours after your order placed without any charge.
  • 2:We could change the size or related specification or exchange to other goods for you within 12-24 hours after your order placed with an additional 10% handling fee.
  • 3:We could change the size or related specification or exchange to other goods for you within 24-48 hours after your order placed with an additional 15% handling fee.
  • 4:We could change the size or related specification or exchange to other goods for you within 48-72 hours after your order placed with an additional 20% handling fee.
  • 5:We won't accept any change or replacement after 3 days.But if you do require this change,you need to undertake additional handling fee.

For the orders need to change the shipping address:

If your item is not shipped yet:

If you want to change your shipping address in the same country and it's not a remote area address for our shipping companies,you're free of charge;if you want to change to a different country, you need to pay the price difference on shipping fee.Please notice that we don't refund the price difference if the new shipping address has a lower shipping cost.So please provide us a correct shipping address.

If your item is in transit:

Please make a phone call to shipping company to have your address changed if you choose a standard shipping method.For express shipping method,you will need to pay extra cost to change the shipping address (about USD 12.00 - USD 18.00), and you need to pay the price difference first.
